If you are currently in Australia try contacting iTunes Support and ask them to remove the balance from your account : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
Hi there
Many thanks for coming back to me.
I am in Zimbabwe but we use USA Itune vouchers. I have an Aus debit card so would like to use that instead of purchasing the USA vouchers.
Cheers
Whilst you are in Zimbabwe you can only use the Zimbabwe store, Apple can (and do) permanently disable accounts
Hi there.
That doesn’t answer my question but thanks. I will find a resolve.
Cheers
It tells you Apple are likely to permanently disable the account, so you know why when it happens
Zimbabwe’s have been a US dollar currency for years. I travel between here and Aus every 4 months and have ties there so I want to change my store. Is that allowed?

? Not sure of the relevance of that.
You are allowed to use the Australian store when you are in Australia.
So when I’m in Zim use Zim store when I’m in Aus use Aus store how do I change either one I will have the same issue surely?
That info was very helpful I appreciate that. One more very good question, how do I spend the 3cents left? There is no way of doing that
Cheers
See my first reply, contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove it
