Hi. That download is outdated. You need to remove the download and try again.
Why are you trying to run beta software?
Yes the public beta 2 how do I remove the update if I haven’t updated yet
It has downloaded, you need to delete the ipsw file that was downloaded. And use your Feedback tool to report this.
Settings > General > iPad Storage. Find the update and delete it.
