Sensitivity issues iPhone 7 Plus

Using iPhone 7 Plus , 256 gb, iOS 11.1.1 , while on call the phone gets mute , connects to FaceTime and gets dialled. Please help sort out this issue ?

Tried apple support on social media , no get through SS
