Heating phone & draing Battery issue
I am contineously facing instant heating problem and draining of Battery.
I have got the support from apple team few days back.but problem not resolved.
Very pathetic issue used the new phone for 9 months only.
What troubleshooting have you attempted so far? When looking at the battery usage, which apps are showing the highest usage? Is it overly hot all the time? Only while using certain apps? Only while charging?
We need more information to give possible solutions.
