captive portal stop working

WI-FI network using captive portal login stopped working after updated to the latest High Sierra (macOS 10.13.1 (17B48)) in my Mac book pro (2012). After select the captive portal wifi, the computer would try to connect to it for several seconds then disconnected (the wifi icon will flash then turn gray). The same thing happened to another Macbook pro, too.
