Incoming and Outgoing Phone Calls Issue

My incoming and outgoing calls say they connect, but I never get an actual connection. Just nothing. When I try to call someone screen appears to freeze for a few seconds before going to calling screen. What is wrong with it?

Hey Drew6565,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I can see from your post that you're unable to make or receive calls on your iPhone. This is a vital part of having a phone and I want to do all that I can to get this issue resolved. Just to be sure, what iPhone and iOS are you using? Do you see your network appear at the top of your display? Have you tried to restart your phone?

If you can‘t make or receive calls on your iPhone
