Watch issues after iphone 11.1.1 update

I updated my Iphone 6 to IOS11.1.1 and my watch to watchOS 4.1. Now my watch has developed multiple issues

1. It stays locked all the time, I enter the passcode and as soon as I turn my wrist it locks again, I also have the unlock with phone turned on but it doesn't work now.

2. In activity stand does not register anymore.

3. Activity doesn't register on my phone unless the watch and phone have activity both open at the same time.

I reset my watch and tried to restore it but nothing has worked. It seems to be an issue with IOS 11.1.1. I didn't back up my phone so I can't try that.

Any ideas?
