Restart/Shut Down Macbook Pro OS X El Capitan
Macbook Pro OS X El Capitan......
Will not restart or shut down from Apple icon. Clears desktop, leaves toolbar, won't proceed. Any help appreciated.
Press and hold the following keys at the same time: Control + Command + Option + Power
This should force the computer to shutdown.
