Relinking Footage that hasn't changed: Incompatible File

I have a library that it is having some issues. There are 31 files that out of 166 files that are unable to relink. When selecting an individual file to see the error message, I get the same error for all 31 files.

I've tried to export an XML into a brand new library. I get the same Error.

I've loaded a back up, I get the same error.

I've tried a program called FCPXchange to force swap the files, but the XML won't load because of another error.

I even tried to use Adobe Media Encoder to remove the audio channels from the original clip only to get this error message:

I am currently using FCPx 10.3.4.

Laptop is listed below.

Storage is a QNAP TVS-871T that uses a Linux platform as the server host.

I've also tried it with the original footage that is on a separate RAID5 enclosure via USB3.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), macOS Sierra (10.12.6)
