iPad mini 3 history mode is on freezes Apple Video how to use IPhone X

When using IPad mini 3, I went to Apple.com websit and went section video on IPhone, X. When my IPad was vertical, the three IPhone X video played ok. However, when moved my screen to horizontal,with two screen. My histor on left and Apple X videos. The first two played ok.But the third with woman with glasses keeps freezing the IPhone X videostream. I have latest IOS 11.11 version.
