Music installation stuck on Watch OS

I just downloaded the latest Watch OS that supports Apple Music.

However the music and radio apps will not fully install on my watch series 3.

Tried deleting the Apple Music app from my phone and reinstalling.

Troubling that when the apps went to reinstall on the watch, they both got stuck at the exact same phase (about 75% complete for music and 99% complete for the radio app).

Has anyone else had this problem.
