iPad Pro 9.7’ running iOS 10.3.3 stuck in recovery mode.

I dont know how my iPad Pro 9.7, managed to get stuck in recovery mode. I connected it to my Macbook, with an original Apple Mfi cable, and every time it shows an error code 9. I looked it up and didn’t really find what I was looking for. So I decided to take it to an iStorm store ( it‘s like a Greek premium reseller or sth like that). So they did excactly what I had done, they connected it to a MacPro, used premium apple cable Mfi and received the same error code ”9”, and just like that, they said it couldn’t be fixed and that the two year waranty is not valid, because the item has been bought from a non European country (USA).

If anyone can help me, it will be very much appreciated
