Retrieving erased contacts from iphone

I have erased the data from my iPhone 6 and signed in with new Apple ID and have started using..

When I retrieve the data from old iPhone I’d, I’m receiving only few contacts.

Is there an option to retrieve the erased contacts from the iPhone.?
