Ibooks & itunes

Hi

I came from London to India and my iCloud country had to be updated from UK to India. And now I have lost all my previous purchases in music, movies, TV shows and entire seasons, books, audiobooks over the decade. Can anyone please help?

I tried going on purchases not on device and downloading but they don't even show up. I didn't have most of it saved on my devices because of space constraints. I used to simply redownload whenever I needed some music, movie, TV shows, books and audiobooks. Its hundreds of pounds worth! Please help?
