you get charge for activating those features if your phone carrier isn't a supported iPhone carrier.
What Vodafone is telling is is what my father would have called "malarkey". It means "nonsense" but is a bit less polite.
Apple is not charging you for anything. Your carrier is. iMessages doesn't get turned off if your phone loses a signal or runs out of battery.
Then it's something you're going to need to discuss with Vodafone.
If you want to deactivate everything, you'll also need to deactivate Facetime. If you leave one on and not the other, you may have the problem you're seeing.
I did , 30 mins ago, they have told me that apple needs to register my phone once and for good , because the message that is sending is with reverse charge , so In my opinion if I am right apple is making an abuse for not registering my phone and charging me for 100 times if my phone runs of out signal or gets discharg
It’s supported but it’s not right to be charged every time my phone closes or runs out of signal . It’s an abuse .
If you can send iMessages, the phone is registered with Apple.
I have deactivated the iMessage option because of the cost , so I need to have another talk with Vodafone , in my opinion both of them are guilty 😂

You are right too but if that message keep sending that means that the phone it’s not rigeistred that I have activated ! I ve got 3 € cost on the bill just for iMessage activation message .
