ipad mini 1st gen - game apps keep crashing!!

My iPad keeps crashing in the game apps. Anybody have any suggestions?

I already follow the instruction before as per below but It doesnt make any single change. Please help me.

" 1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.

2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.

3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo. "

This instuction is not helping at all to me.

all 3rd party games stability or lack thereof is the responsibility of the developers of those games.

the 1st gen mini will support iOS up to 9.3.5 so any game developed to run past that OS may no longer be compatible, but again it's up to the developers, not Apple

if you think there is a problem with the device and not the apps see this link on resetting the device to factory conditions.

Can you help please?

I have an iPad Air 2 and it has been crashing. only stays active or 5 minutes. I am trying to write emails and it just shuts down and does not save in Drafts. I have tried the On/Off you suggested and the other suggestion in a help site of holding On/Off and Home for a double close down but no luck. I do have games and they also shut down. Would appreciate a solution.
