I LOOKED FOR SOLUTION AND COULD NIT FIND ANYTHING. IN MY OWN TROUBLESHOOTING, FOUND IF FONT IS CHANGED UNDER GENERAL>ACCESSIBILITY>LARGER TEXT, the dots under events go away. Switching back to normal resolved the problem.

Events (dots) not showing on Calendar.
