unable to view presenter notes when connected to a secondary display.
I'm unable to view presenter notes when connected to a secondary display. How can I fix this?
iMac (24-inch Mid 2007), Mac OS X (10.5.8)
1 - enable presenter display in: Keynote > Preferences > Slideshow
2 - deselect mirror in: Apple Menu > System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement
3 - enter text in the notes pane: View > Show Presenter Notes
4 - check presenter display is working: Play > Rehearse Slideshow
5 - enable presenter notes:
- Play > Rehearse Slideshow
- clickthe presenter tools button
- select Presenter Notes
6 - if presenter notes are showing on the wrong display, swap displays by pressing X on the keyboard
