Sync issue With Photos

Hello

I’m having an issue where Faces Albums are showing up on my iPhone in Photos that I don’t have on my Mac or my iPhone and I can’t delete them. I have completly wiped the phone and started over. I also tried delete the iPod cache on my Mac. The albums synce right but a few days later without syncing the albums just appear out of no where. Is there anything else I can try?
