My IPhone 6s+ Hang a lot

My mobile always hanging ; type of hanging differs ; some times screen went off from it self while the handset it self working it has been solved by restart ; another the phone speaker went off because the phone decided that I connected an a headphone ; this was solved by trying to clean the headphone connector ; it always hang every day what can I do
