I keep getting a text to say that someone called me(not all calls), but have no missed calls. Signal is fine and I dont have the Do Not Disturb activated.
Tried reseting phone but still happens.
Any help appricated.

The iPhone doesn't send a text to you when you miss a call. You get a notification if there was a call and one if there was a voicemail left. Are you talking about notifications?
If what you're getting is an actual SMS message, either it's something your carrier does or the messages are scams.
No it's not looks like it a carrier issue as the text number is theirs. They are looking into it.
If there is a link in the text message, do not tap on it. It may be spam, malware, or such.
Any chance your phone number is a Google Voice number, or a VoIP number, rather than your cell number? GV always alerts you to missed calls via text or email, and some VoIP providers do also.
