removing icloud
hi, i'm wanting to make calls/texts from my mac without using icloud, is this possible? i don't want to use icloud atall. any help grateful. thanks ann

Have you tried FaceTime and Messages. You need an iPhone to link to for send text messages.
hi Eric, I have face time set up, I can send/receive text messages but I can't make/receive calls unless I'm signed in to iCloud.
If it won't work without signing into iCloud, sign in and uncheck all syncing.
hi, thanks for your reply, I've done that and it still won't let me make calls on from computer only lets me send/receive text messages . thanks ann
