So it says that my phone is storing 28.16 worth of pictures and videos. And I currently have 1.46 of iCloud storage available. But when I open my gallery, it doesn't show ANY picture or videos .if I try to take or screenshot pictures,it won't save

HELP! ALL MY PHOTOS DISAPPEARED
