iTunes mutes guitar sounds until a reboot

I use to love macos, now I hate it beyond imagination

I mean, how is it even possible, to mute the guitar sounds out of a song, I would deem it impossible, yet, for some reason, until I reboot my system, iTunes mutes certain frequencies (I'm guessing)

EQ is disabled, everything is disabled ... nothing I tried fixes the issue
