Check in your junk mail! I couldn’t find mine either and eventually found it in my junk mail.
iTunes doesn't send 'boost codes', nor emails about pre-orders (you will only get an order number when the album has been released and it's paid for).
I got an email from iTunes that had the code. When did you purchase the album?
Try contacting iTunes Support and see if they send them out
I purchased the album Nov 10th, and got the email with the boost information Nov 11th.
I ordered it back October and received the email last week saying my pre-order was available to download. I never received an email that looks like the one you sent me. I guess I’ll reach out to iTunes. Thanks!
