Is it legal to record a mac screensaver and use it for my music video on youtube?
Do we have permission to record mac screensavers and use it or does it fall under copyright?

The screensaver modules are copyright:
I'm not a lawyer (and copyright law varies from country to country) but I think you would be infringing Apple's copyright if you used the OSX system screensavers in a YouTube video.
(Although if you can get your head around Quartz Composer you could always create your own.)
