Downloading the equalizer settings

iTunes 12.7.1

OSX 10.13.1

In the past the equalizer settings were downloaded to our devices (iPods, iPads). I recently created new setting; it did not download. I could find no obvious way to encourage it to do so.

How do I download the equalizer settings now?
