Installing a program changes other program icons

My icons on my new MacBook Pro with Touch Bar keep changing when I install a program, in Finder and the once showing on the Dock. Ive tried using Safe mode and reinstalling MacOSx as apple support suggested (without removing everything) and it didn't help. It took me a while to realize it was the program League of legends that caused this and I've tried reinstalling it, but Its still not working correctly.

Im wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?
And what is causing this?
