I have just switched my mail to 'icloud.com' but I seem to spend a lot of my time retrieving mail from Trash when it should have gone to the InBox and there seems no way to correct this in Preferences. Comments?

Do you see an edit button you can use with rule 2 to see what it is?

If it's going directly to the Trash folder, do you know if you have any kind of rules set up to send certain emails there?
Thank you for your comment. The only Rules shown were 'News from Apple' and 'Rule 2' and both were ticked. What 'Rule 2' is I have no idea. Does this help?
