Unauthorized charge?  phishing email?

Hi - I received an email with the subject:

[Unrecognized Charge #Case XXXXXXXXXX] iTunes Order Verification Request

From the following email address:

iTunes Store (no_reply.email.apple.com_mailerid_X57XPW3GI2TQESXG1BGZ.support @ seishunvibration[.]com)

Is this a scam? I have not clicked on any of the links.
