After update, Chinese Font known as BiaoKai or KaiTi, Kaiti TC Regular were disappeared!

It is very frustrating experience. Some conferences in Taiwan or China request standard fonts!

BiaoKai or Kaiti is standard font for Chinese writing or printing! Why this font disappeared after updating!

Go to Applications > Font Book > All Fonts. Do you not see them in the list? I have them in my 10.13.1
