Question: Why photoshop app dims screen? How to disable screen dimming when you switch between apps?

Hello community!
I am using MacBook Pro and I am still a huge fan of Apple computers.
I use two external monitors for my MacBookPro. I have disabled dimming settings in "energy saver" settings.
However, when I enter photoshop application and trying to open file, it instantly dims one screen where I have the photoshop application. Are these settings in Photoshop or MacBook?

Notice, I soon as I leave Photoshop app and open other application, screen comes back to being bright again.
Can anyone help me to disable dimming feature for Photoshop app?
