Lost contacts and messages
I received another iPhone 7 Plus and was told that my contacts and messages will be back on my phone once I activate it . I’m still missing my messages and contacts how can I get it back ?

Have you signed into Settings/Your Name/iCloud and turned contacts syncing back on? For Messages, do you have a backup you can restore?
