Missing one person's face, but can still search for person

So one of my "favorites" in my people album is not visible when I sort by "people" in the Photos app for Mac. I can still search for her name and even create a smart album with just her in it but for some reason I cannot get her picture to show up in the main "people" page.

Any thoughts on how to correct this?
