If I turn off iCloud Music Library to add songs from Itunes, will the downlads from Apple Music need to be downloaded again?

I want to add an old album from my itunes that isn’t on apple music. And I have alot of music from apple music downloaded so I save data. And I have to turn off iclloud music so i can add itunes music. Will i have to download these apple music songs all again once I enable icloud music again?

I know it saves my playlists and songs from apple music, but I am wondering about the actual download because it takes a long time to go back and search through my entire apple music to re download the songs.
