Doesn't make any difference. Once the device is disabled, you cannot get back into it. You are going to have to restore the device to remove the passcode and access the device, then you can restore to your last backup. See this support document for instructions. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
