Question

iPhone 6s lock screen unresponsive

Sometimes it works, more often than not it doesn't. Restarting doesn't help it, and can't enter password to try connect to iTunes to try update it. Not really sure what to do as can't get pass lock code to enter settings.

I was making a call on Google Voice and it asked if I wanted to call and showed a number. I hit cancel, but it did nothing, I hit call and it did nothing. I clicked the home button twice and it shows everything open, but I can not close them. I tried to power my phone off but it won't let me slide the bar. My phone is recognized when it tries to sync, but dropbox is locked because it can't access it. I can get to the camera, but other than that my screen is non responsive. Is there a way to get control back remotely without wiping everything as for some reason the only backup showing was three months ago, which is incorrect.
