MacBook Pro 13 RF Unifying Receiver mouse

New MacBook pro 13" ( 10.13.1 )

Using Logitech wireless M570 trackball mouse.

After waking the mouse does not respond. Hitting command/tab does not bring it back. I have to restart the laptop or unplug the usb unifying receiver to get it to work. I also run BootCamp ( Window 10 ) and the mouse functions properly. Tried disabling the trackpad in Accessibility no change. Searching on this forum and on the net and have not found a solution.

I have reset the NVRAM as well as SMC and still have the issue with the wireless ( non mac ) mouse not working unless I unplug / then plug back in the USB RF device. Again, running Windows 10 ( Bootcamp ) this same mouse runs fine ... no issues like I'm having through macOS.

I found and installed a utility called USB Overdrive. Installed version 3.3

The issues as posted above have been resolved using this utility. I have no idea what this program did to fix this issue .. but if you are having the same problems like I posted then I reccomend downloading this and installing it.

I have installed USB Overdrive / http://www.usboverdrive.com and for the last couple days I've had no problem with the issues as written above. I'll post an update soon
