How to stop pop up tabs in Safari?Nothing is helping

How to stop pop up tabs in Safari? With apple support i did everything, cleaned cashes, cleaned malware, dowloaded High Sierra, nothing is helping. As soon as I open safari the cashes folder is full. Please help! The name of the folder is com.apple.nsurlsessiond

A couple of things you can try. Run etrecheck and post the report here. This will allow us to analyse whether or not you have adware on your computer. The etrecheck report contains no identifying information. Or, you can run MalwareBytes to determine if you have malware installed.
