I accidently deleted Taylor swifts album, reputation from my library. But when go to purchased it is not there. But then when I search up the album it comes up that I have purchased it. So how can I download it back on to my phone.

Make sure that you're looking for in in the iTunes Store, not Apple Music.
I did both. But I don't know what the problem is... 😟
What happens if you tap the three little dots at the bottom right, then tap "Purchased", and then Music>Not on this iPhone?
