Apple ID locked

Alright so It been almost a year since i can't use my Apple ID or reset my password since I have set up the recovery key option but it asks me for that key but since I've saved the recovery key on my MacBook Pro it got stolen I've lost that recovery key but I do have a trusted device so I'm able to receive the code but the problem is I can't remember my password i do know my security questions but I don't get that option to come up is there a way that Apple can help me since terms have changed since the last time I was able to sign in.. I do have access to my email associated with that Apple ID a trusted number and security questions also know the recovery email..
