Free trial of what ? There isn't a free trial to iTunes (iTunes only charges you for what you buy), or do you mean Apple Music ? What shows on the account's purchase history e.g. does it show as a charge, or is it only : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
