tnt delivery

Ordered Iphone X on 3 Nov. it said delivery date is last Friday 10/11/2017. TNT driver didn't make it on Fri and Monday 13/11/2017. not sure if TNT can deliver today or not? already contact TNT and Apple, no one care about my experience. sometimes I thought i am losing the exciting for new product.
