Hacked family sharing ( turn off now !!!)

Do you all realize how many accounts were hacked into last week ?? I got a email telling me to change my password but not until after they tried to use my credit card, Im blessed because they card they tried to use was an old one but in researching how to get whoever this is off my family sharing I see this happened over to over 132 accounts last week on the family...Does anyone know how to take off this email that I do not know 1969omu@icloud.com they redeemed $25.00 on itunes if you can help I would so much appreciate it.
