2 Things about Sierra

1. When I open a finder window and zip a folder, a new window appears. How do I stop that from happening? Driving me nuts and a bunch of other people who had this question answered - that did not work for me.

2. When can we expect that Mac OS in column view will automatically right size columns depending on the filename length? C'mon, I can't possibly be the only person annoyed by this?
