notification problem

hi

i have 7 plus device after updating to ios 11 appeared a problem in coco free call app. when i out of app. the notification doesn,t work, when i go to coc app and open it the notifications apeare , i deleted the app. and dwnloaded again and i checked the notifications are on and even i did reset all setting and the same problem is still .
