Answer:

Kappy has it right, but it is not Parallels (hypervisor) but IOSCSIParallel and Areca drivers that are at the "scene of the crime". Removing the load addresses leaves a clearer picture:

Kernel Extensions in backtrace:

com.apple.iokit.IOSCSIParallelFamily(3.0)[[...]

dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOSCSIArchitectureModelFamily(394.50.1)[[...]

com.Areca.ArcMSR(1.3.7)[[...]

I think your complaints should be aimed at Areca, and if they are not responsive, you may need a new RAID Vendor, or convert to AppleRAID.

No one here has the necessary hardware to evaluate that data. Tell us what the problem is with sufficient detail, and tell us what you have tried to fix it. See Writing an effective Apple Support Communities question. In the future do not post such error reports, log entries, long test results unless someone helping you asks for it.

MCA stands for Machine-Check architecture. These are often Hardware problems, but can occasionally be induced by software.

When such a panic occurs, you normally get a panic report, whose raw data are saved in a portion of NVRAM and turned into a readable panic log at next startup.

Your computer was so screwed up when that machine-check happened, it could not save anything, so the stuff in your report is just a copy of the device tree, which is not helpful in determining the cause of the panic.

Thanks Grant.

This seems to happen when I have a Thunderbolt 3 raid connected, but is also intermittent it can happen as often as every 10-15 minutes or take an hour or two. Either way it happens on a multi times a day basis. I've rulled out the raid its self (works fine with another machine) tried multiple T3 cables and multiple T3 ports on the machine. Only thing that seems constant is the fact the raid is connected.

This MCA included a panic report. Is it help full?

Kappy has it right, but it is not Parallels (hypervisor) but IOSCSIParallel and Areca drivers that are at the "scene of the crime". Removing the load addresses leaves a clearer picture:

Kernel Extensions in backtrace:

com.apple.iokit.IOSCSIParallelFamily(3.0)[[...]

dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOSCSIArchitectureModelFamily(394.50.1)[[...]

com.Areca.ArcMSR(1.3.7)[[...]

dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOSCSIParallelFamily(3.0.0)[[...]

dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOPCIFamily(2.9)[...]

I think your complaints should be aimed at Areca, and if they are not responsive, you may need a new RAID Vendor, or convert to AppleRAID.
