Delete a keynote from iPad

Ever since the latest Keynote update (7.2).I have been unable to delete Keynote presentations on my iPad Air and leave them stored in my iCloud. The previous Keynote version was pretty straightforward on this issue. You selected a presentation, you chose “delete,” and then you could delete from the iPad, but leave a version saved in the iCloud. I have to carefully manage my storage because I only have 16Gigs. I don’t want to delete the file from everything, just from my iPad and keep the file stored in the cloud until it was needed.

Also, the previous Keynote version had a “Help” feature. I can’t to find a help button on this new one.
