Got a new phone chip. new number grayed out for imessage & facetime. i logged out of my apple id and it womt log me back in. Nothing ive tried is working. Have been working on this for 2 hours. help!!!!

I understand that you got a new SIM card, and while troubleshooting iMessage and FaceTime, you are now unable to sign in to either. I'm happy to provide some help for this issue.
