"Connection Error"

I'm getting the the following message when trying to login to iCloud.com from a Windows 7 Enterprise PC in Google Chrome and IE11.

"Connection Error

iCloud encountered and error while trying to connect to the server"

I've tried an alternate iCloud account which logs in fine.
